This Central American country attracts thousands of travellers from all over the world every year. What is the best period to visit Mexico?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Spoiler alert (we don’t like to keep you on your toes): the best time to visit Mexico is from December to May.<\/strong> These months will bestow fabulous weather and bright sunshine. The perfect months are February and March<\/strong>, which correspond to the peak season \u2013 and therefore be ready for an invasion of tourists. Two other moments of the high season coincide with the Christmas-New Year holidays and Easter, including its run-up week. So, act accordingly when you have to choose the period to plan your trip.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Mexico: which period to avoid?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

To understand when to avoid Mexico, go by exclusion. But since we are being good, we will spell it out for clarity’s sake. We recommend avoiding the months from June to October when the rains arrive and the risk of hurricanes increases \u2013 in this sense, the worst months are September and October, the ones mostly affected by such phenomena. In June, July and August there are quite violent but short-lasting downpours, so if your availability is restricted to those months, just make sure you bring a raincoat!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
