Hi, I’m Caroline - part adventure planner, part spreadsheet enthusiast, fully committed to making trips feel unforgettable. I’m happiest somewhere outdoors, whether that’s hiking mountains, wandering a new city with no real plan, or finding a hidden food spot that becomes the group obsession for the rest of the trip. I love the kind of travel that gives you stories you’ll still be laughing about years later. By day, I work in tech and operations, which basically means I’m very good at organising chaos while making sure everyone has a great time. On trips, that translates into high energy, good vibes, and making sure nobody feels like a stranger for long. You can expect spontaneous adventures, sunset walks, enthusiastic group photos, questionable navigation confidence, and at least one moment where the whole group says, “This is exactly why we booked this trip.” I’m also a big fan of spa days, local culture, good food, and balancing adventure with time to properly enjoy where we are. For me, the best trips aren’t just about the destination, they’re about the people you meet, the stories you collect, and the memories that somehow become funnier every time you retell them!
