Born and raised in the UK but lucky enough to have a Kiwi passport (thanks Mum), I’ve spent the last 15 years living, working, studying and exploring my way around the world. What started as a gap year age 18 turned into my norm - the travel bug got me good. Over the years I’ve worked as an English teacher, designer, entrepreneur and tour guide in different countries. The jobs have changed but the thing I’ve always loved most is bringing people together, hearing their stories, and helping make fun memories. For me, travel is about bonding with people and traditions you might not come across usually and finding little hidden quirky spots that make somewhere unique. I love finding the stories that don’t always make it into the guidebooks and going on spontaneous adventures that you'd maybe never go on at home. Alongside travelling and guiding, I’ve spent years studying a mix of design, entrepreneurship, psychology and the science of well-being. I’m currently completing my master's online and i'm fascinated by how nature, community, creativity and adventure can make us happier and healthier. When I’m not studying or guiding, you’ll find me running, hiking, at a festival or working on creative projects focused on sustainability, well-being and bringing people together.
