Passionate about travel, adventure, and creating unforgettable experiences, I’m excited to begin my journey as a Group Leader. With a strong background in the travel industry and a genuine love for exploring new places and cultures, I bring both professional experience and a positive, approachable attitude to every adventure.
I have worked across several areas of the travel sector including business travel, leisure travel, airport operations, and ferry port services. All valuable experience in customer service, organisation, problem-solving, and supporting people in fast-paced environments. I also hold a BA (Hons) degree in Managing Major and Cultural Events, which strengthened my skills in planning, coordination, communication, and creating memorable experiences for others.
Alongside my travel background, I currently work as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school, where I support young people in their learning and development. This role has further developed my patience, adaptability, leadership, and ability to connect with a wide range of personalities and needs.
As a parent of two and an experienced traveller myself, I understand the importance of making people feel safe, included, and supported while encouraging them to step outside their comfort zones and enjoy new experiences. Whether it’s navigating busy cities, discovering hidden gems, or embracing outdoor adventures, I’m passionate about helping groups create lifelong memories through travel.
