It costs €/£79 for trips up to €/£1,000 and €/£99 for trips over €/£1,000. The option fee and the Transfer are not refunded. If you booked with a gift card or voucher, the refund only applies to any additional amount paid.

Yes, up to 31 days before departure you can change the destination and/or the date of the trip, at no extra cost. If the new trip has a higher amount, you will be asked to pay the difference.
In some cases – for example when a departure is not yet confirmed and it is your first unconfirmed booking – you can book without paying the €/£/$100 deposit upfront.
This means that you can secure your spot at zero cost: nothing will be charged until the departure is confirmed. Once the departure is confirmed, the €/£/$100 deposit will be automatically charged within 48 hours according to the terms agreed at the time of booking.

If your trip is not yet confirmed
You can cancel your booking by emailing hello@weroad.com free of charge, up to 31 days before departure.
Please note: if you want to cancel your first booking on an unconfirmed trip, you will only be asked to provide a credit card, PayPal, or Revolut as a guarantee, but nothing will be charged.
From the second booking on a unconfirmed trip, a mandatory €|£|$100 deposit will be required.
If your trip is confirmed
The fees are non-refundable. However, in the event of a change of plans, it is possible to modify the trip free of charge up to 31 days before departure.
