What is the Flexible Cancellation and how much does it cost?
It's an option that allows you to cancel or postpone the trip up to 8 days before departure, for any reason, with a full refund of the package. It costs €79 for trips up to €1,000 and €99 for trips over €1,000. The option fee and the Transfer are not refunded. If you booked with a gift card or voucher, the refund only applies to any additional amount paid.
Can I add the Flexible Cancellation after booking?
No, it must be selected at the time of booking and cannot be added afterwards.
How much do I need to pay to book?
You can reserve your spot with a deposit shown during the booking process — or even with €0, depending on the available option. You can pay the rest before departure: we'll send you a reminder email to settle the balance.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
If the airline does not offer alternatives less than 30 days before departure, we will provide you with a voucher worth 70% of the package value, valid for one year.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, up to 31 days before departure you can change the destination and/or the date of the trip, at no extra cost. If the new trip has a higher amount, you will be asked to pay the difference.
