What is the Flexible Cancellation and how much does it cost?
It is an option that allows you to cancel or reschedule your trip with a full refund of the package until 8 days before the departure.
It costs âŹ/ÂŁ79 for trips up to âŹ/ÂŁ1,000 and âŹ/ÂŁ99 for trips over âŹ/ÂŁ1,000. The Flexible cancellation fee and the Transfers are not refunded. If you booked with a gift card or voucher, the refund only applies to any additional amount paid.
Conditions and prices for all departures from May 14 to September 30, 2026 changed: you may cancel your trip up to 24 hours before departure, for any reason.
Can I add the Flexible Cancellation after booking?
No, it must be selected at the time of booking and cannot be added afterwards.
How much do I need to pay to book?
You can reserve your spot with a deposit shown during the booking process â or even with âŹ0/ÂŁ0/$0, depending on the available option. You can pay the rest before departure: we'll send you a reminder email to settle the balance.
What happens if my flight is canceled?
For departures until September 30th, 2026, if the airline does not offer alternatives within 30 days before departure, we will grant you a voucher equal to 100% of the package value, valid for one year. For departures after this date, the voucher value will be 70%.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, up to 31 days before departure you can change the destination and/or the date of the trip, at no extra cost. If the new trip has a higher amount, you will be asked to pay the difference.
What does âŹ/ÂŁ/$0 deposit mean?
In some cases â for example when a departure is not yet confirmed and it is your first unconfirmed booking â you can book without paying the âŹ/ÂŁ/$100 deposit upfront.
This means that you can secure your spot at zero cost: nothing will be charged until the departure is confirmed. Once the departure is confirmed, the âŹ/ÂŁ/$100 deposit will be automatically charged within 48 hours according to the terms agreed at the time of booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, but the fees are non-refundable. However, in the event of a change of plans, it is possible to modify the trip free of charge up to 31 days before departure.
