You travel in small groups with people aged 18 to 53 and a WeRoad Group Leader, on itineraries in 150+ destinations around the world. Most people join solo and come home with a new crew.
WeRoad was founded in Milan in 2017 by Paolo De Nadai, Fabio Bin and Erika De Santi. Milan is still our headquarters, and today WeRoad has offices across Europe and a growing team in the US.
Yes. Travelers from across the US already join WeRoad trips all over the world, and we're growing our American crew, with 60 Group Leaders already on board in the US. Flights aren't included in our trips, so you can fly from the airport that works best for you.
Our trips are open to travelers between 18 and 53 years old. The age range gives you an idea of the type of group, but it isn't a strict limit: you can join with a few years more or less, as long as you can keep up with the pace and energy of the group. Everyone on our trips speaks English, and most people join solo.
Choose your trip by destination, dates and travel mood, then book. Once the departure is confirmed, book your round-trip flights: they're not included, so you pick what suits you best. About 15 days before departure, your Group Leader creates a WhatsApp group so you can get to know your travel mates. Shared accommodation, transport and must-do activities are already organized: you just enjoy the trip.
A WeRoad Group Leader is an experienced traveler who leads the group from start to finish. They're not tour guides: they take care of logistics like check-ins, transport, timings, activities and the shared budget, so you can enjoy the trip without the hassle. Think of them as the friend who organizes everything and keeps the group's spirits high.

If you're selected, you'll travel with expenses covered (flights, accommodation, food, transfers and activities), choose where and when you want to lead, and join the Group Leader community with 24/7 support from the WeRoad team.
