What is a WeRoad Weekend?

A WeRoad Weekend Trip is a mini adventure built around long weekends to explore new destinations. These trips usually last 2-3 nights and give you the full WeRoad experience in destinations you can explore in just a few days. You’ll travel with a Travel Coordinator, following a curated itinerary that mixes must-see highlights with local experiences.

Everything you need to know about WeRoad trips

How does WeRoad work?

How does WeRoad work?

Choose your trip based on departure dates, destinations, and travel mood, and... book it! Once you get the email confirming your trip, book your round-trip flights to and from the destination – nope, they're not included in the package, we like flexibility! 15 days before departure, the Travel Coordinator will create a WhatsApp group so you can start getting to know your future travel buddies. You're all set: enjoy your WeRoad trip! You'll share incredible experiences, discover local culture, and live every minute to the fullest – you'll probably shed a tear or two when it's time to say goodbye, but that's totally normal! (To learn more about how it works, read here!)

Is the flight included?

Is the flight included?

Flights are not included, we love flexibility! This way you have the total freedom to choose which airport to depart from, which airline to fly with, how many stops to make, and, if you wish, to stay a few extra days at your destination. Obviously, we can help you choose them (here for flight purchase support) and what’s more, we have many discounts you can use with some of the major airlines.

Are there any age limits?

Are there any age limits?

Yep, we have age limits. We organize groups split into different age groups. It won't be hard to find the perfect WeRoad for you!

How to choose your first WeRoad trip?

How to choose your first WeRoad trip?

Our advice is to start by asking yourself questions like: What's my budget? How long do I want to be away and when can I go? What am I in the mood for? Beach, nature, adventure, food—the works! And guess what? These are the exact filters you can set in all the search sections on our site.

By answering these, you'll have already narrowed down your choices, making it way easier to find that perfect trip. What else should you consider? Flight times and prices to your destination, the tour's confirmation status, and maybe even the Group Leader's profile if they've already been assigned.

If after all that you still haven't found the right trip—or you're a Libra, Pisces, or Gemini—or you need some help from our crew, you can find us on WhatsApp at +44 7716573700 or check out this page.

We don't have public offices, true, but you can find us everywhere both online - we recommend joining our Facebook group! - and offline - we organize tons of events all over Italy (check out the upcoming events here). Plus, if you're not ready to jump into a 12-day trip on the other side of the world just yet, you can try our Express formula: 5 or 6-day itineraries perfect for figuring out if WeRoad is your kind of adventure. That way, you can set off on bigger journeys with a lighter heart, right?
