Following the entry into force of Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001, which introduced into the Italian legal system a regime of administrative liability for companies, the Governance system of WeRoad SpA has been enhanced through the implementation of a Model of Organization, Management and Control in accordance with the provisions of this legislation. A Supervisory Body has also been established, with the task of overseeing the functioning of and compliance with the aforementioned Model, as well as ensuring its updating.

The “Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01”, approved by the Board of Directors of WeRoad SpA, is updated in line with the most recent regulatory provisions.

The Governance system is further completed by the adoption of the Code of Ethics, which sets out the principles and moral values inspiring WeRoad SpA, as well as, more generally, by the policies and procedures that characterize the activities of the various organizational and operational components.
