We’ll keep it short. Choose your trip based on departure dates, destinations, and travel vibe, and... book! Once you receive the confirmation email, book your round-trip flights to your destination—no, they’re not included in the package because we like flexibility!

15 days before departure, the coordinator will create a WhatsApp group so you can start getting to know your future travel companions. That’s it: enjoy your WeRoad trip! You’ll share incredible experiences, discover local culture, and live every moment to the fullest. You’ll probably shed a tear when it’s time to say goodbye, but that’s completely normal!

Yes, we do have age limits. We cater to travellers in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. We don’t want to exclude anyone, but we believe it’s important to create age-appropriate groups to help you have the best experience possible!

The flight is not included because we love flexibility! This way, you’re free to choose your departure airport, the airline, how many layovers you want, and even extend your stay at the destination if you’d like. We’re here to help you choose (just contact us!), and we also offer discounts with some of the major airlines.

If you see "planned" next to the trip you're interested in, it means the trip is planned, but we haven’t reached the minimum number of participants yet. If you see "confirmed," it means the group is set, and all you need to do is book your spot and purchase your flight!

Yes, that’s right—on all our trips, you won’t be alone in your nice room. But don’t worry, you’ll be sharing the room only with your travel companions of the same gender, and you’ll have a private bathroom (either in the room or shared only among the participants). Of course, this doesn’t apply to trips with tent stays or homestays, but we promise the experience will be so special that comfort will be the last thing on your mind!

If you prefer privacy, you can opt for a Private Room during booking on certain itineraries. To keep it simple, for an additional fee, you can have a room all to yourself.

Of course, you can book and travel with one or more friends! It’s a great way to bond even more and meet new friends together. The more, the merrier! But don’t worry, if you prefer to travel solo, that’s perfectly fine too. You’ll get to know your fellow adventurers before the trip through a WhatsApp group just for you.

Our advice is to start by asking yourself these questions—luckily, these are the same filters you can set in the search sections on our website:

• What’s my budget?

• How long do I want to be away, and when can I leave?

• What am I in the mood for? Beach, nature, adventure, food, everything!

By answering these questions, you’ll narrow down your options significantly, making it easier to find the perfect trip. What else can you consider at this point? Flight times and prices for the destination, the status of the trip confirmation, and maybe even the coordinator’s profile if it’s already assigned.
