I’m Caroline - an Organisational Development consultant, coach, curious explorer and someone who genuinely loves connecting with people and hearing their stories. Travel for me is more than seeing places; it’s the atmosphere, conversations, unexpected moments and discovering something new together. I’m drawn to history, culture, nature, museums, cafés, street food, offbeat places and experiences that really give you a feel for a place. I love slow breakfasts and wandering, but I’m also up for spontaneous plans, early adventures and saying yes to the unexpected. My ideal trips involve exploring, laughter, meaningful conversation, good food and moments where everyone feels relaxed enough to be themselves. Outside of travel, I’m happiest surrounded by houseplants, spending time in my garden, metalworking, reading novels, getting hooked on a good box set or attempting to master the ukulele. Creative hobbies help me switch off and reconnect with myself. Most of my life and career has centred around people - from teaching, to organisational development, to coaching - so creating connection and making people feel included comes naturally to me. I think the best group experiences happen when everyone feels comfortable, welcomed and part of something shared. That’s the kind of energy I hope to bring: warm, open, curious and supportive, with lots of fun along the way. For me, the best travel leaves you with great memories, new perspectives and people you’re genuinely glad you met.
