Upon arrival, head straight to Christ Church Cathedral, where parts of the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince soundtrack were recorded. Wander the medieval crypt, admire stained-glass windows, and hear tales of Dublin’s literary giants. This immersive introduction sets the tone for a magical week.

Temple Bar Evening Stroll

Afterward, we'll enjoy a stroll through Temple Bar’s cobblestone lanes, sampling craft beers or hot cider at an atmospheric pub. This urban immersion lets you feel Dublin’s bohemian buzz, live music spilling into the streets, and prepare for tomorrow’s road west.

Pick up your rental car and head west along the Wild Atlantic Way, stopping at Kylemore Abbey’s Victorian walled gardens. Continue into Connemara National Park for a 2-hour bogland hike, breathing in bracing sea air and spotting sheep among heather-clad hills—a nature-soaked start to your coast-to-coast journey.

Galway’s Trad & Tunes

Arrive in Galway City late afternoon. A quick change of clothes and we head back out to wander Shop Street, browse artisan stalls, then enjoy a traditional music session in a cosy pub. Savor fresh seafood chowder, meet locals, and feel the community spirit that makes Galway so captivating.

Cliff-Top Walk at Moher

Depart early to the Cliffs of Moher, where you’ll spend 2–3 hours on the edge of Europe’s highest sea cliffs. Gaze at crashing waves hundreds of meters below, snap photos from O’Brien’s Tower, and learn about this natural wonder from the Visitor Centre’s interactive exhibits.

After lunch, traverse the Burren’s limestone pavement, stopping at Poulnabrone Dolmen and wildflower-studded crevices. This geological marvel offers a stark contrast to the cliffs—ancient tombs amid a moonscape—before returning to County Clare for a restful evening.

In the evening, return to Killarney town. Dine on hearty Irish stew, then soak up live trad-session energy in a snug pub, toasting your group’s adventures so far.

Dark Hedges & Giant's Causeway Photo Op

Depart early for Northern Ireland. Pose beneath the Dark Hedges’ twisted beech trees—the eerie “Kingsroad” from Game of Thrones. Your guide will share set-stories, then you’ll continue along the coast toward the Causeway.

Arrive at the Giant’s Causeway for a 2-hour wander among hexagonal basalt columns. Learn the geological legend of Finn McCool, feel the Atlantic spray, and capture stunning coastal vistas before heading to Belfast.

Depending on how much energy we have, we dive into Belfast’s shipbuilding heritage with an interactive visit to the Titanic Belfast museum. Then hop a black-taxi mural tour, exploring famous street-art neighborhoods and hearing about the city’s social history through vibrant wall paintings.

Scenic Coastal Return toward Dublin

Retrace south along the Causeway Coast, stopping optionally at Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge or Cushendun Caves. Arrive near Dublin, drop off our cars and enjoy our final night with the group.

If time allows, enjoy a tour of the Guinness Storehouse, learning brewing secrets and savouring a pint at the Gravity Bar with 360° Dublin views—a quintessential city-culture experience.
