Who are WeRoad Travel Group Leader and what do they do?

WeRoad Group Leader are passionate travelers who will ensure you get the most out of your travel experience. Think of a Group Leader as that friend who takes care of organizing everything—keeping track of time, booking excursions and activities, suggesting places to eat, and meanwhile, keeping everyone’s spirits high. In essence, a WeRoad Group Leader is the best travel companion you could wish for.

Before the departure

Once the Group Leader is assigned to your trip, you will find their phone number in your MyWeRoad Personal Area. About 2 weeks before departure, the Coordinator will create a WhatsApp group to provide you and the rest of the group with information about the trip, as well as details on additional activities and excursions you can participate in.

During the trip

Once the trip begins, the Group Leader takes care of all: the logistics, such as checking in at hotels, ensuring transfers are on time, and handling other routine but necessary tasks related to the journey. The Group Leader ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the trip without worrying about these details and other boring stuffs.

After the return

And once you’re back home? The hardest part of any trip is saying goodbye, but don’t worry: you can keep in touch with your travel companions through the WhatsApp group and maybe even organize a reunion to see each other again. And who knows, you might embark on a new WeRoad with the same Group Leader who accompanied you on the previous one!
