On this page, you will find updates on WeRoad trips to destinations affected by extraordinary circumstances, such as natural events, conflicts, or other events that may impact travel. Our goal is to keep the community informed and transparently share how we are monitoring the situation and the decisions we are making regarding the impacted trips.

At WeRoad, we are deeply saddened by the situation in the Middle East, which goes against our core values of respect and sharing, as well as by the suffering of all the people directly and indirectly involved in the conflict.

During this time, we are dedicated to assisting WeRoaders who are in the affected areas, those travelling to or through the impacted zones, or those who were due to return. We are continuously monitoring the situation through local authorities, the home countries of our WeRoaders, airline guidelines, and support from our local partners. The safety of our WeRoaders is our top priority. Therefore, in line with the recommendations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the following measures have been implemented:

• No trips are planned to Israel or Iran.

• All of our trips to the United Arab Emirates, Azerbaijan, Oman, Qatar, Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia are cancelled for departures until March 31, 2026. All WeRoaders departing for these destinations have already been contacted or will be in the next few days by our dedicated team, offering alternative solutions such as a trip change or a 100% travel voucher.

• All of our trips to Jordan have been cancelled until March 31, 2026. Our Customer Service team has already contacted or will contact in the next few days all WeRoaders who were scheduled to travel to this destination to offer alternative solutions, such as a trip change.

• All trips to Egypt, and Turkey remain confirmed. If a WeRoader’s flight is cancelled and no alternative is available to reach the destination, they can contact our team at [email protected] to find the best solution together, such as changing the trip.

• All trips to other destinations worldwide remain confirmed. If a WeRoader’s flight is cancelled due to a stopover in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, or Muscat, and the airline does not offer rebooking on another flight, they can contact our team at [email protected] to change their trip.
