Oggi potremo fare tutti insieme una lezione di prova di arrampicata sulle pareti indoor di BIG WALLS a Brugherio (MB).
Avremo a disposizione un istruttore dedicato (uno ogni 6 partecipanti) per un'ora per aiutarci a prendere confidenza e sicurezza con le pareti, le prese e le attrezzature (messe a disposizione della palestra)
Si suggerisce abbigliamento molto comodo.
Al termine della lezione tutti liberi.....di andarci a prendere un caffè insieme!
