In this circle, we’ll explore what it means to reconnect with your intuition—learning to recognize the quiet signals of your body, heart, and mind. Through reflection, discussion, and guided practices, you’ll be invited to notice where you’ve been ignoring your inner voice, and begin cultivating trust in your own wisdom.
