How does WeRoad work?
Let's keep it short. You choose your trip according to departure dates, destinations and travel mood and... book! Once you receive an email saying your trip is confirmed, book your own return flights to your destination - they are not included in the package - we like flexibility! The coordinator will set up a WhatsApp group 15 days before departure so you can start getting to know your future travel companions. And that's it: enjoy your WeRoad trip! You'll share incredible experiences, discover the local culture and live every minute to the fullest - you'll probably shed a few tears when it's time to say goodbye, but that's all par for the course!
Are there any age restrictions?
At WeRoad, we cater to travellers in their 20s, 30s and 40s.
Are your flights included?
The inbound and outbound flights are not included, as we like flexibility! That means you're free to choose which airport you fly from, which airline you fly with and how many stopovers you make. And you can even stay a few extra days at your destination if you wish. We can help you choose (just contact us!).
What is the difference between a planned and a confirmed tour?
If you read 'planned' next to the tour you are interested in, it means that the tour you have chosen is planned, but we have not yet reached the minimum number of participants. If, on the other hand, you read 'confirmed', it means that the group is already there, so you just have to book your place and buy your flight!
Do you share a room with other travellers on a WeRoad trip?
Yes, on all our trips, you will not be alone in your lovely room. Fear not, though, as you will only be rooming with fellow travellers of the same sex (not more than 4 people in one room), and you will have a private bathroom (in the room or otherwise shared only between WeRoad travellers).
Can I go on a WeRoad trip with friends? What if I want to travel alone?
Sure, you can make a reservation and set off with one or more friends! This could be a great way to bond further and meet new friends together. The more the merrier! But don't worry, if you want to set off on your own, that's fine too: you will get to know your fellow adventurers before the trip via a WhatsApp group that has been put together especially for you.

The boring but important bit: the promotion is only valid on new bookings, and is active from 11:00 (BST) on 13 April 2026 until 23.59 (BST) on 22 April 2026. Each booked trip corresponds to one backpack: if you book for you and a friend, you will both receive a backpack, if you book 4 trips (fair play), you will receive 4 backpacks. The day after you book your trip, you will receive a confirmation email. If you change your trip within 31 days of departure, the backpack will still be sent to you. 40 days before departure, when the full balance is paid, we will send you instructions on how to claim your backpack.
The backpack will be sent to you only following payment of the full balance for your trip, and within 3 weeks of the departure date of your trip. When the backpack is sent by our partner, you will receive an email from ShippyPro - no-reply@shippypro.com (also referred to as Global Trading Srl a Socio Unico), where you will be provided with a tracking code to check the progress of your shipment. Should you have any problems with the shipment, you can contact customer service by sending an email to support@weroad.shop.
