A group trip to Turkey which will allow us to immerse ourselves in the fascinating Cappadocia and the surrounding landscapes, from the underground city of Kaymakli to the Göreme National Park - without forgetting comfort , because, on the other hand, this is a Travel Collection .
Our journey starts from Kayseri , an ancient Roman city located right in the center of Turkey, and where our itinerary to discover the culture, landscapes, scents and flavors of Turkey begins. We enjoy our wow property for two nights, and spend the first day exploring Kayseri itself, starting from the mosque and ending up wandering around the spice- filled stalls of the bazaar . Then we set off to finally reach Cappadocia: we first get lost underground, discovering the underground city of Kaymakli, and then we take flight - literally! - flying over the Göreme National Park in a hot air balloon , with its very particular rock formations, called the "fairy chimneys" , which make the landscape suggestive and breathtaking. We will experience emotions that will make us feel like we have been here for a lifetime, and we will return home with the desire to return soon to this rich and hospitable land.

Merhaba , welcome to Turkey! Our journey begins in Kayseri with check-in at the hotel. Just enough time to settle in and it's time for our first dinner together: who wants to try the most famous ravioli in the area - manti ?

Let's discover Kayseri
Discovering the city
Today, we begin to immerse ourselves in the local culture. We find ourselves in an ancient Roman city, rich in history due to the many populations and cultures that have passed through here. Let's take a walk through the citadel of Kayseri, visit the city's grand mosque, and, why not, hunt for spices and local foods among the vibrant bazaars. There’s no better way to understand the true essence of a place than by diving into its local market. We’ll immediately seek out some street food to try, and we’ll stock up on spices and other local products—there’s always room in our backpacks for a little something special!
Towards Cappadocia
In the afternoon, we set off for the undisputed highlight of our trip: Cappadocia! We settle in comfortably for the transfer, making sure to glance out the window from time to time to watch the landscape change, kilometer by kilometer.

The underground city of Kaymakli and the Göreme valley
A tour underground
This morning, we begin our exploration of Cappadocia’s hidden gems, starting with the underground city of Kaymakli. This fascinating village is entirely carved below ground, with a network of labyrinthine tunnels, narrow passages, and vast spaces. The underground city spans eight levels, and today, with the help of our local guide, we’ll visit the most accessible ones.
Fairy chimneys
Just enough time for lunch, and we continue our journey toward the Göreme Valley, famous for its "fairy chimneys." This is undoubtedly the most photographed spot in all of Cappadocia, so we take our time to appreciate it and wait for sunset, when the colours of the landscape explode into a thousand shades.
But the day isn’t over yet: we’re about to enjoy a fully local dinner, with dishes featuring hummus, kebab, sarma, and other delicious delicacies!

In a hot air balloon over the Göreme valley
Hot air balloon over the Göreme valley
Today, we wake up before the sun rises for a unique experience. We board a hot air balloon and begin to gain altitude. Watching the sunrise from here, with the Göreme Valley majestically blending into the horizon, is a sight we won’t easily forget. We take in these moments and let go of the chaos of everyday life. The peace and tranquility up here offer unforgettable memories.
Last dinner together
This afternoon we visit the Göreme Valley—this time from below, but it’s still a unique experience! We stay until sunset again, so today we close the circle. There’s just enough time to return to the hotel and prepare for our final dinner together.
