Itinerary - Germany: from Berlin to Munich

Upon arrival, the group gathers at 5 pm in a cozy Mitte restaurant. After quick introductions, you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner featuring local specialties like bratwurst and sauerkraut. This relaxed evening sets the tone for camaraderie and gives everyone a chance to break the ice.

In the morning, embark on a walking tour of Berlin’s most iconic sights: the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag Dome, and the street art of East Side Gallery. Your local guide shares historical insights and hidden gems, ensuring you grasp the city’s rich past and vibrant artistic spirit.

As the sun sets, head to a classic Spree-side beer garden where you can sample a variety of local brews and Bavarian pretzels. This informal setting offers a perfect opportunity to mingle, unwind, and experience Berlin’s laid-back social culture, possibly into the night.

Today is dedicated to a short train ride to Potsdam, exploring the opulent Sanssouci Palace, Frederick the Great’s summer residence. Wander through perfectly manicured gardens, charming fountains, and the Chinese House pavilion. This excursion blends nature, architecture, and royal history in one unforgettable experience.

We depart from Berlin mid-morning aboard the ICE high-speed train, enjoying panoramic countryside views as you travel south. Relax in spacious, air-conditioned carriages with onboard Wi-Fi, making the roughly 4-hour journey both comfortable and scenic. We also play games to make the journey even more enjoyable!

Upon arrival at München Station, take a brief orientation stroll around Marienplatz, hearing the Glockenspiel chime. Afterwards, gather for a traditional Bavarian dinner—think roast pork and Weißbier—at a local gaststätte, introducing you to Munich’s warm hospitality. Enjoy a traditional Bavarian beer too!

Discover Munich’s heart on foot: the Neues Rathaus, Frauenkirche, and the bustling Viktualienmarkt. Your guide highlights Munich’s architectural gems and culinary traditions, ensuring you taste local brezels, Wurst, and perhaps a sweet Schmalznudel.
