The trip in a nutshell
This is a trip designed and created entirely by an experienced WeRoad Coordinator. They organise the entire trip, from planning the itinerary to selecting accommodations and on-site experiences. Through WeRoad, you can book the trip and manage it in your MyWeRoad account, just like any other WeRoad.
The awe-inspiring Mont-Saint-Michel Abbey has just marked its 1,000th anniversary — and really, how could we resist celebrating with a visit? This is the perfect starting point to explore Normandy, a true paradise just outside Paris.
Here, time seems to slow down. Rolling green hills meet the sea, dramatic emerald landscapes give way to postcard-perfect villages, and the sheer white cliffs of Étretat rise high above the waves. From Giverny to Rouen and on to Honfleur, the entire region still breathes the spirit of the Impressionists — the same light and charm that once captivated Claude Monet, who made this land his home.
On our journey, we’ll walk the historic beaches of the D-Day Landings, sip crisp cider along the Route du Cidre in Calvados, and even test our courage crossing the quicksand of Mont-Saint-Michel Bay.
