The trip in a nutshell
This is a trip designed and realised entirely by an experienced WeRoad Travel Coordinator. The Coordinator takes care of the whole trip: from defining the itinerary to selecting accommodation and on-site experiences. Via WeRoad website you can book the trip and manage it in your personal area, just like any other WeRoad.
Embark on the ultimate Andean odyssey, combining the world‑famous 4‑day Inca Trail with an immersive Sacred Valley excursion to the salt pans of Maras and the Inca terraces of Moray. You’ll arrive in Cusco, the ancient capital of the Inca Empire, where your Travel coordinator will welcome you and you'll get to know your travel mates for the upcoming week. Over the next four days, trek historic stone pathways, conquer high‑altitude passes, and camp beneath the star‑filled southern sky, all with private guides, porter support, and all permits and mule logistics taken care of. Once you’ve stood in awe before Machu Picchu at dawn, return to Cusco for a restorative day exploring the kaleidoscopic salt pans of Maras and the experimental agricultural terraces at Moray. Celebrate your journey at a farewell dinner featuring local specialties and live Andean music. With all accommodations, transfers, meals, and activities meticulously arranged, you’re free to focus on forging friendships, discovering hidden ruins, and experiencing the soul‑stirring beauty of the Peruvian highlands.
