Same goes for the way back – the service also covers your ride from the hotel to the airport on the last day.

15 days before departure, we’ll send you an email with all the details to book your transfer, if it’s available at your destination

Give us the details

You’ll be asked to share some useful info to set up your transfer, like your personal details and flight info

Arrive and hop in!

You’ll get a confirmation of your transfer, waiting for you at a specific spot at the airport. All you need to do is show up… and jump in the car!

How long before departure can I book the transfer?

You can book up to 3 hours before departure.

Can I book a transfer for multiple people in one go?

One passenger can book and coordinate with others arriving at the same time. The transaction still stays under one booking.

Is the transfer shared or private?

It’s up to you: you can share it if you and your travel mates agree.

What if I don’t book the transfer in time?

You can arrange local transport on your own with the coordinator’s support.

Can I use a transfer booked by another participant?

If the other participant agrees, yes!

Can I also book the transfer back to the airport?

Yes, if the service is also available for the return on the last day. The option shows up during booking, so you can organize both arrival and return transfers at once.

Does the price include tolls or night surcharges?

Yes, they’re included in the fare.

Why is this service more expensive than a regular taxi?

Because it includes your driver waiting at the airport, avoids surprise traffic costs, guarantees more safety, lets you book in advance – and most importantly, lets you enjoy the trip stress-free!

How can I pay for the transfer?

You can pay online when booking. Unfortunately, cash payments on site aren’t possible.

Can I change the pick-up time or location after booking?

Yes, just follow the instructions in your confirmation email.

What happens if my flight is delayed or early?

If your flight gets delayed or cancelled and you haven’t boarded yet, you can update your booking to notify our partners of the new arrival time. Anyway, partners track your flight using its number and date, so the driver will adjust pick-up accordingly. You’ll always have a direct contact and an emergency number in the confirmation email – use it as soon as possible to make sure the partner is aware of the changes!

Can I cancel the transfer and get a refund?

No, the service is non-refundable.
