The trip in a nutshell
Turkey stands as a bridge between two worlds – a land where East meets West, offering a remarkable fusion of ancient heritage and modern vibrancy. On this group journey, we’ll dive into the rich tapestry of Turkish culture, cuisine, and history. From the surreal fairy chimneys of Cappadocia to the lively bazaars of Istanbul, our 10-day adventure promises a perfect blend of past and present.
We begin in Cappadocia, exploring the otherworldly Göreme Valley, where the famous fairy chimneys and striking geological formations create a truly unique landscape. For those who wish, a hot air balloon flight at sunrise offers an unforgettable perspective from above.
Our journey continues to Konya and Pamukkale, where we’ll discover the Roman baths of Hierapolis, before reaching the ancient city of Ephesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We’ll also pause at Pergamon before ending our adventure in Istanbul – the jewel of Turkey. Here, in the city once known as Constantinople, we’ll marvel at the Blue Mosque, wander through the Grand Bazaar, and watch magical sunsets over the Bosphorus.
A city of contrasts, Istanbul is where cultures and traditions intertwine, creating an atmosphere that feels both timeless and surreal. Travellers – our Turkish adventure begins now!
