Let's get to know each other.
I'm originally Persian (born in a city deep rooted in poetry and philosophy), grew up in Warwickshire and have lived in London for over 10 years. However, ever since I did a university Erasmus exchange in Madrid, my best friends have been from every country around Europe and beyond. I an explorer, a nomad, a wanderer at heart. I spend as much time as I can in Lisbon, Madrid, Mallorca but still try to explore one new long haul and one new short haul destination each year.
On the face of it, you'll think I'm easy going and don't take myself seriously. However, underneath it all, I'm a perfectionist - always trying to make sure that every detail I'm able to influence comes together to create the best experience for myself and those around me. I try to include everybody and encourage them to contribute their individual qualities, however big or small, loud or quiet, to create a unified, vibrant group. My mantra is "the world takes its being from me, not I from it" (bonus points if you can tell me who wrote that)! Make sure you have yours ready to share too đ
Let's bring our open minds, leave behind our judgments, start on the premise that everybody is a future new friend waiting to be found, and join together on an adventure that we'll never forget!
