Hello everybody!! My name is Dilene, but I haven't found a country yet where people can pronounce my name correctly, so everybody calls me Dile (in Europe) or D (in the US)! I'm 26 years old. I was born in the south of Switzerland and I grew up in the north of Italy. I've always been very active, I was a professional rhythmic gymnastics athlete for a long time, and I've always been veeeeery curious. Funny thing about me: I took my first flight when I was 40 days old to go to Cuba! Traveling has been part of my life since I was born (literally!). I studied tourism during high school, and I was lucky enough to spend my summers somewhere in Germany, Spain, or the UK to study Spanish, German, and English! This is when I realized I needed to see the world! During college I moved to Madrid and after graduating I moved to Amsterdam for a couple of years. I thought corporate life was my dream, but guess what? I was actually wrong. No worries, the best part of life is that you can always start over! I'm not sure what I want to be when I grow up lol, but one thing is for sure: traveling will always be part of my life! The more I travel, the more connections I make, the more I see, the more I want to keep doing it! Life is a privilege, and traveling is the key to appreciating it. I can't wait to keep traveling the world, and I hope I can transfer this passion to the people who will be traveling with me!!
