Hi everyone, Iâm Rachel, from Nottingham, which is pretty much right in the middle of England! My love for travel started when I set off interrailing around Europe when I was 19 and was cemented when I solo back packed after university around Asia, Australia and New Zealand. I love to travel to meet new people, learn about the culture and history of new places and to get out of my comfort zone. I like my adventures to have a mix of features and activities, but I am definitely more of a countryside/hiking girl than a city one. When not travelling, you will find me on the dance floor, hiking or volunteering in my community. My day to day job is in Organisational Development which is all about improving the culture of an organisation through leadership skills, improved processes and team dynamics, wellbeing and EDI, and provides me will a lot of skills that come in handy as a WeRoad group Leader! Iâm so excited to be a part of the WeRoad community, and to play a part in creating incredible experiences and memories for our travellers.
