Hey guys I’m Sophie! Bright and bubbly extrovert! I’m always seeking a new adventure and thrilling experiences (adrenaline junkie) ! I especially love anything to do with the ocean and the mountains! I have a degree in outdoor adventure sport management and have been working as a yacht captain and coaching sailing coach for 7 years! Skiing, hiking and windsurfing in my spare time! My mom was also a travel nut! Growing up I would spend hours looking through her old photo albums dreaming of all the adventures I would have when I was old enough to go! An explorer was all I ever wanted to be just like my mom ( proud to say I’ve definitely lived up to the dream so far! ) I started traveling solo when I was 21 and fell in love with it (I haven’t stopped since) One of my most recent trips was to India.. just wow what an amazing experience! And I got to become a qualified yoga teacher while I was there! I am now just starting out sharing yoga with others! Maybe I can share some yoga with you too!! 👀
