Few things that define me the most are; movement and mind, I am a Emotional and Mindset trainer, this allows me to learn as I teach about our complex mind and because mind doesn't go without the body I am passionate about moving my body in any sort of way using my muscles and given them the activity they want.
What else does it complement my life? YES! you guessed well, TRAVELLING, meeting new people, new cultures, new places… Why do I love it so much? Because I get to cook my rice in so many different ways, let me explain…
I compare my life with plain rice and by travelling I collect ingredients, flavours and spices that every country, person and experience give me, so that I can keep my rice colourful and ever evolving and not just plain, because is boring!!!
