Itinerary

Get ready for a one-of-a-kind experience: a trip from Rio de Janeiro to the Amazon that will take you to the most authentic heart of Brazil. Start in vibrant Rio de Janeiro, between the legendary beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema, the majestic Christ the Redeemer, and the infectious energy of Samba music. Then, we’ll head north towards Manaus, where the extraordinary Amazon Rainforest awaits us – one of the most fascinating natural wonders on the planet.
We’ll navigate along tropical rivers, explore the Amazon jungle, meet local communities, and discover biodiversity that will leave us speechless. Every day will be a perfect mix of adventure, nature, and authenticity, with spectacular sunsets and forest sounds we’ll never forget.
This trip is designed for those seeking real thrills, for those who want to experience Brazil with all their senses and return home with hearts full of memories.
Let yourself be captivated by wild Brazil and live the magic of the Amazon!

Let's kick off our adventure in Rio de Janeiro!

Meet at the hotel for check-in and our first chance to get to know the rest of the group.

We’ll raise a toast to the beginning of our adventure, of course with a caipirinha!

In the evening, our first dinner together awaits, followed by a night out at one of the lively venues that make Rio de Janeiro so unforgettable.

Starting with a wonder

After breakfast, one of the most exciting days of the trip awaits us as we discover the great icons of Rio de Janeiro.

Our first stop will be Christ the Redeemer on Corcovado Mountain, one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World, where we will enjoy an extraordinary panoramic view over the city.

A group photo in front of one of the most iconic landscapes in Brazil and the entire world is simply a must!

We will then continue to the Selarón Steps, a colorful open-air work of art, and to the exterior of the Maracanã Stadium, a symbol of Brazil’s passion for soccer.

In the afternoon, we will reach the famous Sugarloaf Mountain (Pão de Açúcar). Riding the historic cable car to the summit, we will witness one of the most spectacular sunsets in Rio, as the sky changes colors above the bay and the city lights begin to come alive.

At the end of the experience, we will return to the hotel to get ready for another evening to enjoy together.

A crowded sandy beach with people swimming and sunbathing under a blue sky, with a city and mountains in the background.

Copacabana and Ipanema

After breakfast, a day dedicated to the most authentic side of Rio de Janeiro awaits us. We’ll begin with its most iconic beaches, Copacabana and Ipanema, symbols of the city and its unique lifestyle.

Among stretches of golden sand, the sound of the waves, and beachfront kiosks overlooking the ocean, we’ll have time to experience Rio like the cariocas: relaxing in the sun, playing beach volleyball or soccer on the sand, sipping an ice-cold caipirinha, or simply enjoying the atmosphere that makes this city truly one of a kind.

To immerse ourselves even further in Brazilian culture, we will also have the opportunity to take part in a traditional samba class.

Brazilian Favelas

In the afternoon, we will experience one of the most meaningful moments of the trip: a favela tour accompanied by a local guide.

Walking through alleyways, murals, and scenic viewpoints, we will have the opportunity to discover the daily life, culture, and stories of a community that represents a fundamental part of the city’s identity.

In the evening, surrounded by live music, samba, and lively venues full of energy, Rio will once again reveal its soul to us.

Crystal-clear waters and cliffside photos

Today, we’ll decide together how to spend the day, choosing the experience that best suits the group’s vibe and the weather conditions.

We may set off to discover Ilha Grande, one of the most fascinating places along the Brazilian coast, located about three and a half hours away.

During a boat tour, we’ll experience the wildest side of Brazil, surrounded by beaches, crystal-clear waters, and untouched nature. It will be the perfect day to swim, relax, and enjoy postcard-worthy scenery while immersing ourselves in the country’s most authentic and tropical side.

Alternatively, we’ll head to Pedra do Telégrafo, one of Rio’s most iconic viewpoints. After a hike of about one hour, accessible but with a few challenging sections, and the famous cliffside photo suspended above the void, we’ll relax on the beaches of Grumari and Prainha, two authentic and unspoiled corners of the city.

Free time before the flight to Manaus

Our final morning in Rio is entirely ours: a moment of freedom and relaxation to experience the city in our own way.

Those who wish can spend a little more time at the beach, between Copacabana and Ipanema, saying goodbye to the ocean with one last swim or a drink overlooking the sea.

And for those who love bringing memories home, there will also be time to shop for a few souvenirs.

In the afternoon, we will leave Rio de Janeiro and fly toward a new adventure: Manaus, the capital of the Amazon and the gateway to the world’s most famous rainforest.

Upon arrival, we will check into our hotel and have time to relax after the journey, already beginning to experience the unique atmosphere of this city on the banks of the Rio Negro, where modern life and nature meet. One night of rest before venturing into the green and mysterious heart of the Amazon: a world of rivers, sounds, and colors that are impossible to forget.

Welcome to the Amazon

Leaving Manaus behind, we gradually make our way into the heart of the Amazon rainforest. Through overland transfers and navigation along the Rio Negro, we finally reach our eco lodge deep in the jungle, where time seems to move at a completely different pace.

After lunch and our first encounter with this extraordinary environment, we’ll board a traditional canoe to explore the channels and surrounding areas near the lodge. Between the silence of the river, the sounds of the forest, and the colors of the Amazon sunset, we begin to understand the true essence of this unique place in the world.

The evening ends with dinner at the lodge, accompanied only by the sounds of the jungle surrounding us.

The jungle awakens

After breakfast, we venture into the forest for a jungle trek accompanied by experienced local guides, who will introduce us to medicinal plants, animal tracks, and the secrets of one of the richest ecosystems on the planet.

Walking through the Amazon rainforest means fully immersing ourselves in a living environment made up of sounds, scents, and colors that are impossible to forget.

In the afternoon, one of the Amazon’s most iconic experiences awaits us: piranha fishing in the waters of the Rio Negro. After sunset, we will join an evening tour in search of caimans, exploring the river alongside local guides and discovering the Amazon rainforest after dark.

One last day in the heart of the jungle

Program until 08/31/2026

The day begins very early with one of the most memorable moments of the trip: sunrise on the Rio Negro. As the mist slowly rises from the water and the forest awakens, we’ll experience the Amazon at its most authentic.

After breakfast, we’ll visit a local community along the river, discovering the traditions and daily life of the people who live in this extraordinary environment.

Later, there will be the optional opportunity to join an excursion to spot the pink dolphins of the Rio Negro, one of the Amazon’s most iconic animals. The activity depends on seasonal conditions and water levels.

After lunch, we’ll head to Amazonian beaches such as Praia do Jacaré or Praia Grande, where we can relax and enjoy our final hours in the heart of the rainforest. The day ends with dinner and one last night at the lodge, surrounded by the sounds of the jungle.
