I recently learned that time starts to fly when we get older because our brains are not experiencing as many new things as they did while we were kids.
So taking care of your inner kid just got to another level.
My inner kid is the happiest when I bring her to new places with new people and show new perspectives on daily things.
So I'm trying to experience new things as often as possible. Either it's a new climbing route, a hiking trail, a new city to visit, or a restaurant I haven't eaten at yet.
