Since I left at 21 with a backpack for Australia, the world has turned upside down: I sailed the seas with prawn fishermen in Cairns, meditated on the rooftops of Pushkar to learn the toughest Yoga purification rituals, swam with whale sharks in Exmouth and turtles in the Gili Islands, and fought for the first time in the bar ring on the corner of Ko Phi Phi to earn my Mojito. The motto remains the same: Experience!!! The most beautiful place I've seen so far has been Ladakh, in the Indian Himalayas, especially behind the handlebars of a bicycle cruising downhill on the winding road, the highest motorable road in the world, at 5,500 meters above sea level...
