I am happiest when in nature - I love being in places that are near rivers, lakes and mountains! I try to centre my trips around great food so absolutely love going off the beaten path to find the best local food! My favourite memories from trips are usually the food tried and the connections made. I also enjoy a drink (or three) with friends, Im social and energetic and not the kind of person who needs an afternoon nap on holiday (sorry not sorry!)
