Itinerary

Prepare for an extraordinary journey that will take us off the beaten path and deep into the real Egypt. This isn’t just a typical tourist tour, it's an adventure crafted for those of us who crave authentic experiences and want to explore Egypt’s wild, untamed beauty. From the ancient trails of Mount Sinai, where Moses received the Ten Commandments, to the crystal-clear waters of secluded beaches, we’ll immerse ourselves in nature and local culture. Whether we’re gliding through the Red Sea on a windsurf, hiking through hidden canyons, or sharing stories over a traditional Bedouin dinner under the stars, every moment will reveal the magic of Egypt’s untouched landscapes.

This adventure is designed for all of us, whether we want to relax and soak up the sun, snorkel along vibrant reefs, or push our diving skills to the next level. For those of us just starting, we can earn our Open Water PADI certification, while more experienced divers can advance to become Advanced or Rescue Divers, all without missing any activity planned. From exploring canyons to snorkelling the famous Blue Hole and partying in the laid-back town of Dahab, our itinerary strikes the perfect balance between thrill and relaxation. We’ll cap off the trip with a luxury yacht party and a final day filled with quad biking or sunrise yoga, before enjoying a sumptuous farewell dinner, Egyptian style.

Check-in and Welcome Dinner

Roundtrip flights are not included in the package, so you can choose from where and when you want to fly. After landing you will make your way to Dahab, where both check-in and welcome meeting will take place in Dahab.

Our Egyptian adventure begins as we arrive in Sharm el-Sheikh, where the desert landscapes meet the sparkling Red Sea. After settling in Dahab, we'll join our fellow travellers for a welcome dinner that introduces us to the vibrant spirit of the group. This isn’t just another trip; it’s a journey that blends history, nature, and culture into an unforgettable experience. As we gather around for our first meal together, the excitement will build for the incredible days ahead.

After dinner, we can take some time to explore Dahab, which means “gold” in Arabic, a former Bedouin village known for its laid-back, bohemian vibe. It’s popular among backpackers and those of us seeking a more authentic, off-the-beaten-path experience compared to the larger resorts like Sharm El Sheikh. This evening is all about creating connections and setting the stage for the epic journey that awaits us.

The sun rises over a vast, hazy mountain range, viewed from a rocky summit under a turquoise and orange sky.

Chill, snorkel or dive?

Today, we start by the beach. Feel the warmth of the sun, the gentle breeze, and the inviting waters of the Red Sea as we settle into Dahab’s serene vibes.

For snorkelers and divers of all levels, the Mashraba Dive Site stands out—its unique topography creates gentle currents, making it perfect for long, drift dives teeming with exotic fish and coral gardens.

Hiking up Mount Sinai

In the afternoon, adventure calls, and it’s time for something truly extraordinary:

a hike to Mount Sinai the legendary mountain where Moses received the Ten Commandments, making it a sacred pilgrimage site for Jews, Christians, and Muslims alike.

As we ascend, the vast desert views unfold around us, and by sunset, we'll stand atop one of the world’s most sacred sites. The sunset adds a spiritual and awe-inspiring element to the adventure. This is a moment we'll carry with you long after the trip ends.

Riding the wind

Let’s Get ready for an exhilarating day on the water, as the morning kicks off with a windsurfing lesson. Whether you're a beginner or already familiar with the sport, the Red Sea’s warm winds and crystal-clear waters provide the perfect conditions for a thrilling ride.

If we're in the mood for something more relaxed, we can opt for a beach day or obviously extra diving sessions are always available.

Beduin dinner and party

Later, as the sun sets, we switch gears for a magical evening under the stars with a traditional Bedouin dinner. Sitting on cushions around a campfire, we’ll savour authentic local dishes while experiencing the rich nomadic culture of the Sinai Desert.

The night comes alive with vibrant colours of woven rugs, the bold flavours of spiced meats and fresh bread, and the soulful melodies of Bedouin music echoing through the desert air. Dance you evening away in a unique bonding experience.

Red, yellow, purple and gold natural wonder

The adventure continues as we venture into the awe-inspiring canyons of the Sinai Peninsula.

The Coloured Canyon, located in the Sinai Desert, is a natural wonder known for its stunning rock formations and vibrant hues of red, yellow, purple, and gold. The canyon’s narrow, winding paths lead adventurers through towering sandstone walls that have been shaped by wind and water over millions of years. The interplay of sunlight and the richly coloured rock makes it an unforgettable sight, perfect for trekking and photography. It’s a must-visit for those seeking to explore the natural beauty beyond Dahab’s coast.

Dahab nightlife

After an active morning, we return to the beach in the afternoon for some much-needed relaxation.

As evening falls, we dive into Dahab’s lively nightlife, with a visit to the bustling market, this local hub is a sensory delight, filled with colourful stalls selling handmade crafts, jewellery, spices, and textiles. What makes it unique is the mix of local Bedouin traders and international artisans who’ve made Dahab their home, creating a vibrant blend of cultures. It's also a great place to try street food and sip on fresh hibiscus tea while soaking in the laid-back, bohemian vibe of Dahab at night. Late night tonight maybe, ending the night with music and dancing under the stars.

Paradise for snorkelers and divers

Today, we visit one of the world’s most famous dive sites, the Blue Hole. This underwater sinkhole is about 120 meters (394 feet) deep. Known for its vibrant marine life, the Blue Hole is an adventurer's dream, whether you're diving into its depths or snorkeling at the surface.

You'll be surrounded by the incredible biodiversity of the Red Sea as colourful fish and coral reefs come alive beneath the water. Afterward, the rest of the day is ours to relax on the beach, playing beach volleyball, or with a cold beer in hand, reflecting on the day’s underwater wonders.

On board a luxury yacht

Today is all about luxury and fun as we embark on a full-day boat trip aboard a stunning three-story yacht. This isn’t just any boat ride—it's a party on the water, complete with music, dancing, and all the luxury you could ask for.

As we sail along the Red Sea, there will be plenty of opportunities to dive into the crystal-clear waters or simply soak in the sun from the deck. This is the perfect way to celebrate our incredible journey through Egypt, surrounded by breathtaking views and the best company.

Sunset yoga or quads?

The final full day offers a choice: we could start the morning with a heart-pumping quad ride through the desert or opt for a peaceful sunrise yoga session to centre ourselves. In the afternoon, we’ll head to Sharm el-Sheikh for a day of exploring this vibrant city, from its bustling markets to its pristine beaches.

As night falls, we’ll enjoy an aperitif and sunset in Farsha Mountain Lounge, resting on Sharm el-Sheikh finest hill. With its eclectic decor of colourful cushions, lanterns, and rustic wood, it offers a relaxed and magical atmosphere perfect for sunset views, shisha, and enjoying local music, creating an unforgettable, laid-back vibe unique to the Sinai Peninsula. The farewell dinner will be the peak of the final evening while we remember all the things we did in the past days and a final night out in Sharm el-Sheikh, celebrating the unforgettable experiences we’ve shared together.

Check-out and goodbyes

All great adventures must come to an end, and today we bid farewell to Egypt. After breakfast, we’ll have a bit of time to say our goodbyes before heading to the airport, carrying with us the memories of a trip filled with stunning landscapes, thrilling adventures, and newfound friendships.

It’s been such an intense journey that it feels like we’ve known each other for years, yet these eight days have flown by far too quickly. One thing is certain—we’ll meet again! See you soon, friends.
