After living in Italy, China, UK, Spain and exploring literally half of the world, my identity is always evolving. I am a free spirit curious about life, so I love learning languages to connect with people. Some activities that bring me joy are scuba diving, playing violin/piano, cooking and eating good food, leading mindfulness events and retreats, dancing, talking about philosophy, psychology and sharing life experience. I'm a qualified yoga, qigong &meditation teacher and I have a PhD in sustainable tourism management. I'm super excited about making new friends to share adventures with!
