Hey! I'm Marco, a Milanese who traded Barcelona's seaside promenade for the New York skyline. I work as Supply Chain Director for an Italian chocolate and gelato brand, which means I spend my days surrounded by temptation and have made sport a matter of professional survival. NYC's waterfront and gyms help.
When I'm not dodging gelato samples at the office, you'll find me playing beach volleyball, getting lost in a good spy or fantasy novel, plotting my next far-flung trip, or cooking, because someone has to uphold the honor of a proper carbonara, and Americans have their own creative interpretations too.
As a traveler, I'm all about being outdoors, connecting with local culture, and not skipping the ziplines, rafting, or anything else that gets the heart going. I've coordinated WeRoad trips before, in Italy, and now I'm bringing that same energy to the US chapter.
But the best part of any trip is always the people. My biggest satisfaction as a coordinator is building a shared memory that stays with everyone long after we're home. Already packed. You?
