Itinerary
Bali 360° circles the most famous island in all of Indonesia in eight days. We start in Seminyak, move inland to Jatiluwih, the UNESCO rice terraces, and to Pura Ulun Danu Bratan on Lake Bratan. We ride Bali's famous swings at Wanagiri Hill, cook in a village kitchen and get up at 2am for the sunrise over Mount Batur and Lake Batur. Then Ubud, the beating heart of the island: temples, rice fields, palaces, the Monkey Forest and local restaurants with vegetarian and vegan dishes, before Kuta and Seminyak close the circle with beach time.

Welcome to Bali: first night in Seminyak
1 night: Seminyak
Coconut rice and jet lag
Round trip flights are not included in the package, so you can decide when and where you want to depart! This gives you complete freedom of choice to adjust your travels to your needs.
Check-in at the hotel in Seminyak and join the Welcome Meeting to meet the rest of the group.
First evening in Bali! The afternoon goes on settling in and beating the jet lag.
- We use what's left of the day to meet the rest of the group.
- In the evening we hunt the most characteristic restaurant around: typical dishes, coconut rice, anyone?

Rice terraces, Lake Bratan and Handara Gate
1 night: Bedugul
A morning in Jatiluwih
Good morning Bali! First full day on the island, and we head inland, where everything turns green.
- Jatiluwih holds some of the island's most beautiful rice terraces, a UNESCO World Heritage Site: we walk among them hunting photos.
The water goddess and the swings
- After lunch, iconic Lake Bratan and the Temple of Ulun Danu Bratan, dedicated to Dewi Danu, goddess of water.
- Then the Handara Gate, Bali's Gate, and the swings at Wanagiri Hill. Batteries won't survive.

Waterfalls, forest trails and Ubud
1 night: Ubud
Soaked at Gitgit
Big breakfast, then we swap the coast for the Balinese rainforest: thick foliage, mysterious sounds, humidity and wonder. The day ends in Ubud, the beating heart of the island.
- Gitgit is one of Bali's most famous waterfalls: we swim, stand under the cascade, soaked but happy.
- Or a bicycle ride through the tropical forest: misty trails, abandoned temples, winding paths, plus a warung stop for a hot meal and juice.

Cooking in Bongkasa, free afternoon
1 night: Ubud
Gedang Mekuah and Pepes Ikan
Today we eat our way into Balinese culture, then the afternoon is ours. Early night, though: tomorrow starts very early.
- A private cooking class in the village of Bongkasa: 'Gedang Mekuah' soup and 'Pepes Ikan', grilled fish wrapped in banana leaf.
Swings, Melukat or quads
- After lunch it's up to us: the famous swings at Tegalalang over the rice terraces, or the Melukat purification ritual at Taman Mumbul temple.
- Third option, a two-hour quad adventure. Can't decide? The Group Leader helps the group pick.

A 2am start, then back to Ubud
1 night: Ubud
Hot springs at Toya Bungkah
We wake up around 2am. Yes, it's early, but it is worth it: this is the sunrise we came for.
- A spectacular sunrise on Mount Batur and Lake Batur, then the hotel — or the thermal baths of Toya Bungkah: we have earned it.
Ayung rapids and cheeky monkeys
- Back in Ubud, anyone with energy takes on the Ayung River by raft, then the temples Pura Taman Saraswati and Puri Saren Palace.
- Or the Botanical Garden, or the Campuhan Ridge, a trail outside Ubud with a valley viewpoint.
- Unmissable: the Monkey Forest, a sacred sanctuary where the monkeys rule — climbing, swinging, grooming and stealing sunglasses from tourists.

Leftover plans, then down to the coast
1 night: Seminyak
Vegan plates and a transfer
Good morning Ubud! A gentler wake-up call at last, and a day with no fixed plan.
- Anything we couldn't fit in earlier happens now, including Ubud's vegetarian and vegan restaurants.
- Then back to Kuta and Seminyak, where it all began, for our last day in Bali. By the sea.

A final day in Seminyak
1 night: Seminyak
Yoga, massage and shopping
We wake up in the city where this journey started: the plan is simple, make the most of the last day.
- The morning is everyone's choice: a yoga class, or total relaxation with a nice massage.
- In the afternoon, free time for pre-departure shopping or anything else, then our last dinner together.
