Dolomites Ski & Snowboard Express: enjoying the Lavaredo Peaks

Itinerary
Ready for a unique adventure in the heart of the Dolomites, right on the border between Italy and Austria? Join us for an unforgettable ski holiday where adrenaline on the slopes meets total relaxation. We’ll be based at the Alpenhotel Weitlanbrunn in Sillian—a cosy four-star stay with every comfort you could want. The all-inclusive package covers a hearty breakfast, tasty afternoon snack (perfect for a post-ski refuel), buffet dinners, and drinks served until 10:00 PM.
Each morning we’ll hit the slopes to explore breathtaking panoramas, from the iconic Tre Cime di Lavaredo to scenic runs across the region. Whether you're carving down gentle beginner-friendly pistes or tackling more daring descents, there's something for everyone. Your WeRoad Group Leader will be there to lead the way, guiding you along the most beautiful trails and making sure no view—or laugh—is missed. After a day on the snow, we’ll unwind in style: think sauna sessions, dips in the indoor pool, and chilled-out chats with fellow travellers. Evenings are all about alpine vibes, great food, and good company—sharing ski stories over a glass of wine and building the kind of memories that only come from the mountains.

Welcome to the Dolomites!
1 night: Sillian
Arrival day
Round trip flights are not included in the package, so you can choose from where and when you want to fly. This is to give you maximum freedom of choice!
After checking in, we meet for our welcome meeting. It's time for a chat about the planned activities, the slopes, and the hotel's amenities. Our first group dinner awaits us, the perfect way to break the ice and recharge for the days on the slopes.

Hitting the slopes!
1 night: Sillian
Let's hit the slopes!
After a solid breakfast, we hit the slopes for our first full day of skiing. From beginner-friendly runs to more challenging trails, there's something for everyone to warm up and get into the groove.
Post-ski, it’s time to relax—sauna, pool, and chill vibes at the hotel. In the evening, we’ll enjoy dinner together and, if we’re up for it, head out to explore the nightlife in nearby Lienz.

Blue slopes or red slopes?
1 night: Sillian
More slope action followed by an evening in a typical high mountain refuge
Back on the slopes for a big day - think tougher trails, off-piste thrills, and maybe even the legendary Giro delle Cime, with its 5,600m of elevation gain. Are we ready?
After a quick recharge at the hotel, we head to a mountain refuge for a traditional Alpine dinner. Great food, starry skies, and that unbeatable Dolomites vibe - tonight's one to remember.

Last day on the slopes!
1 night: Sillian
Sweet turns & sweeter treats
It’s our third day skiing and we’re basically locals by now—we know every slope and maybe even dared a black run (or stuck to the hot chocolate breaks). Between speedy descents and a cheeky bombardino, the vibes are high and safety’s still our top rule.
After lunch together, we swing by the legendary Loacker chocolate factory—yes, that Loacker! Time to load up on biscuits and sip hot chocolate with extra cream. Back at the hotel, we wrap up the trip with a cosy dinner, roasted chestnuts, mulled wine, and a toast to new friends and snowy memories.

Goodbye Dolomites!
One Last Ride (or One Last View)
We kick off our final day with a chill breakfast and check-out. For those not ready to hang up their skis just yet, there’s still time for one last run. Prefer something slower? A stop at the breathtaking Lake Braies is the perfect way to wrap things up.
And then… it’s time for hugs, high fives, and promises to meet again. See you on the next WeRoad adventure!

It would help to offer private room options to be more inclusive for we roaders who struggle with sleep, illness, or more introverted to have down time when socialising is over. Without proper sleep on trekking or actives trips it can totally ruin the experience or cause risks. Mixing rooms also creates social cliques and isolates members. It has the opposite effect with tribalism and the in-group-out group mentality phenomena or fights begin if you alternate rooms. Just allow private rooms for all trips it prevents people from signing up without private rooms.

I really enjoyed my skiing trip in The Dolomites last month. The hotel had everything we needed, the people were great and Stefano was a fantastic guide. We were able to explore most of the mountains during our time there and had a few entertaining evenings. I would definitely consider doing another skiing trip with WeRoad.

Good morning, an extraordinary trip made of extraordinary people! Lorenzo Pablo was nothing short of superlative for having made the group cohesive by giving maximum importance to each one of us. Accommodation a bit outdated with a really very small spa. For the rest, WeRoad is a guarantee! See you on the next trip!
