Itinerary

Join us for a one-off Oktoberfest edition in Munich — four nights of Bavarian cheer, alpine fairytales and unforgettable city vibes. Join us on a compact, high-energy trip that blends the best of Munich’s beer-culture with a full-day escape to the fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and relaxed time to explore the city’s markets, churches and beer halls. This itinerary is perfect if you want big atmosphere, stunning mountain scenery and easy city exploring all in one short trip.

We’ll stay in comfortable hotels with private bathrooms, travel together to the castle by coach, and included is one reserved Oktoberfest table session so you get the authentic tent atmosphere without the guesswork. Expect long-standing traditions, lederhosen & dirndls if you fancy, great Bavarian food and beers, and stories you’ll be telling long after you return home. Book if you want an iconic Oktoberfest experience with the convenience of group logistics and local know-how.

Welcome & Check-in + Evening Discovery

After arrival and hotel check-in we’ll meet for a warm welcome and short meeting. We’ll run through the plan for Oktoberfest nights, local meeting points and safety tips. Then we’ll head into Munich and take an easy evening walk through Marienplatz and nearby neighbourhoods so everyone gets their first slice of Munich: old town squares, church facades, and a relaxed welcome dinner in a typical Bavarian eatery.

Let's dive in, cheers!

Today is our main Oktoberfest experience: we’ll head to Theresienwiese to enjoy a reserved table session in a traditional tent. The package includes prepaid vouchers (one beer + a food token per person) so the group has a guaranteed spot, live brass bands, hearty Bavarian food, and classic tent atmosphere.

Your Cooridnator will brief everyone on tent etiquette and getting photos while we soak in the music and toasts. Expect lively singing, shared tables and unforgettable energy.

A large castle with multiple towers sits on a forested cliff, overlooking a valley with lakes under a colorful sunset sky.

Fairy-tale Alps

We’ll depart early by coach for Bavaria’s most iconic castle. The day trip to Neuschwanstein Castle is an optional activity included in the moneypot.

It includes coach return transport, onsite orientation, a timed castle entry (or external viewpoint & Marienbrücke walk if interior tickets are limited), and a local guide who will share the story of King Ludwig II and the castle’s architecture. There’ll be time for photos, a stroll in alpine meadows, and an optional light lunch at a nearby village inn before heading back to Munich.

Final Bavarian Experience

We'll spend the day discovering the best of Munich — Marienplatz & Neues Rathaus (tower), Asamkirche, Viktualienmarkt, and a brewery stop. We’ll take a short walking route so we can see major sights and grab lunch.

In the evening we’ll reconvene for a final Oktoberfest outing: if the tent scene is busy we’ll move to a pre-arranged nearby beer garden or a recommended tent with walk-in capacity so the group still enjoys a lively Wiesn night.

A large crowd fills a festive hall, holding up thousands of lit sparklers that illuminate the room.

Breakfast and farewell!

We'll enjoy our final breakfast together, and your Group Leader will help you organise your departure. After breakfast we’ll handle check-out and offer optional last-minute suggestions: a quick museum visit, a stroll through the English Garden, or grabbing souvenirs at the local markets.

We’ll help coordinate airport transfers and share departure information so everyone can leave smoothly. This is a relaxed wrap-up with time to exchange contacts, final photos and goodbyes before heading home.
