Hey there! My name is Cat and I’m a group leader based in the United States as of 2026. I’m originally from Florida and have traveled to 13 countries and 22 states so far. Most recently, I worked Renaissance Faires and car camped across Appalachia and the eastern US. I’ve also worked for summer camps at different college campuses around the country (maybe your alma mater?). So far, my top five cities I’ve visited would be Madrid, Lisbon, CDMX, Oaxaca, and Pittsburgh—but I’d love to find more! As a traveler, I love cities, public transit, languages, and cultural landmarks and experiences—especially food and cool restaurants, cafes, and bars. A little mid-morning coffee and pastry and walk around a neighborhood is my favourite activity. And if you find a language exchange or hole-in-the-wall speakeasy, I’m always down to go. Outside of WeRoad, I’m a new Flight Attendant and an ESL Teacher, mostly volunteering with nonprofits that help immigrants and their families with the citizenship process, legal representation, and language acquisition. I am a classically trained vocalist, which started my interest in foreign languages. In general, my work is a collage of side quests: musician, barista, sommelier, lifeguard, tour guide, sword fighter for hire—whatever I’m interested in, I tend to pursue.
